We are a family owned business since 1995. We started out as a carpet and restoration franchise, in an area with over 800 different carpet cleaners. We struggled to compete with the big companies, trying to do what everyone else was doing: carpets and floods. In 2003, searching for a niche, we entered into the odor removal business, primarily using ozone, because our franchise model wasn’t solving the odor issues. I also became a certified mold inspector and IAQ specialist testing VOC’s and formaldehyde. We had marginal success using ozone; however, it had its limitations and never really took off. It just became another add-on to our carpet, tile & grout and duct cleaning services, etc. Then we were introduced to chlorine dioxide about 3 years ago and our business changed literally over night. In a very short time, our use of CLO2 became our primary source of revenue & our most profitable service. In 2018, we had our best year in business and in 2019, we surpassed that by 25%. In our 25 years in business, we have not found a product that has worked as well as CLO2 and the new Prevasive products. We use them for just about everything; from carpet and upholstery, to eradicating cigarette smoke, pet urine, curry, skunks and mold, etc. They have opened up many new avenues for other services as well. We’ve seen dramatic reductions in mold and VOC counts; something we couldn’t claim when using ozone. The CLO2 products have been nothing short of amazing; however, they are not the main reason for our most recent success, it’s the Support Team! The support team has been instrumental in our growth. We wouldn’t have reached the success we’ve had, or the continued success, without the support team. No matter what questions we have, whether it be about pricing a job, the correct procedure for a job, or whatever the question may be, they have been there as trusted advisors. However, all of the support, would be for not, if the phone doesn’t ring. Since we partnered with them with Google Ads and SEO, our phone has not stopped ringing since the 1 st day we went live.
